Job Summary
Excellence Training Centre, a fast-growing organization based in Qatar, is seeking a skilled Remote Recruiter & Hiring Specialist to join our team from Pakistan. This full-time remote role is crucial in sourcing, interviewing, and securing top talent across various positions within the company. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and ensure the recruitment of high-quality professionals. Key Responsibilities
The Remote Recruiter & Hiring Specialist will conduct 5 to 6 candidate interviews daily, applying strong observational and judgment skills to evaluate each applicant’s suitability for the role. A key part of the role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and to develop targeted interview questions tailored to each position.
Proactive candidate sourcing is essential, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant channels to meet urgent hiring demands, particularly for trainer and sales roles. The recruiter will be responsible for preparing and submitting detailed daily recruitment reports that track progress and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with company hiring goals.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a relevant educational background in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proven experience in recruitment and interviewing processes is essential to succeed in this role.
The ability to work remotely for 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour break and one day off per week, is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in diverse sourcing channels, including social media platforms and employee referral programs, to enhance candidate pipelines. The role offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 50,000 per month, with the potential to earn additional commission based on successful hires.
