We are looking for a dedicated professional to act as a liaison between our Arabic-speaking customers and the client, ensuring strict compliance with established processes and policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between customers and agents, facilitating smooth interactions, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to interact with agents, providing accurate and timely information in response to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products and services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents is essential to enhance service competitiveness and foster a collaborative environment. Prompt communication with agents, tracking issues, and ensuring their timely resolution are critical to maintaining service quality. The role also involves actively contributing to customer development initiatives aimed at improving overall service delivery. Ensuring a positive customer experience that results in excellent Quality Assurance (QA) scores, while adhering strictly to company policies, is a key focus.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written proficiency in Arabic to effectively communicate with customers and agents. A strong command of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, is necessary for managing data and reporting. The role demands flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. A customer-centric mindset is crucial, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. High emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills are required to navigate complex situations and resolve issues efficiently.
