Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our energetic team. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about human resources, talent management, and organizational development who want to gain practical experience in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases with accuracy will be a key part of your role.

You will also help organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities that foster employee development and engagement. Assisting in drafting and revising HR policies, procedures, and documentation will provide insight into organizational compliance and governance. Additionally, you will participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in analyzing feedback to help improve workplace culture.

Staying up to date on current HR trends, best practices, and labor laws is essential to ensure that our HR processes remain compliant and effective.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and interaction across teams.

Familiarity with HR software and tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. A basic understanding of HR functions and industry best practices will help you succeed in this role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You must also demonstrate the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior practical experience in HR within a collaborative technology environment is highly desirable. Exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations will be advantageous.
