Odoo Trainee Consultant

Job Summary
Enorness, a recognized Odoo Implementation Partner based in Karachi, invites fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join its Trainee-to-Consultant Program. This full-time, in-person opportunity is designed to launch careers as certified ERP consultants by providing comprehensive training and practical experience. Candidates will work directly with global clients on real-world ERP implementation projects, gaining valuable skills in configuring and managing Odoo modules. Key Responsibilities
Candidates will begin with an intensive 8-week training program led by the Odoo Partnership Manager, covering essential ERP concepts and hands-on configuration of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing. Following training, participants will analyze and map client business processes to Odoo workflows, preparing detailed gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration is key in this role, as candidates will work closely with both clients and internal development teams to design and implement scalable ERP solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities also include conducting user training sessions and preparing thorough client documentation to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Additionally, candidates will support critical project phases such as data migration, system testing, and go-live assistance, ensuring successful deployment and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
This opportunity is open to recent graduates or final semester students in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Strong communication skills paired with an analytical and problem-solving mindset are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in learning about ERP systems, business processes, and associated technologies.

Being proactive, well-organized, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment are important traits for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, basic knowledge of ERP, CRM, or accounting software will be advantageous. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or XML, or experience working with databases, will also be considered a plus. Previous internships or practical exposure to business analysis or ERP implementation projects will strengthen a candidate’s application.
