Job Summary
KIPS CSS | Global Age is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in a full-time, office-based sales role. The position is located at Adil Plaza, Ahmad Pur Road, opposite Circuit House Bahawalpur. The primary responsibility is to initiate contact with potential students via phone calls to promote our educational services. The ideal candidate will engage prospects by asking relevant questions, actively listening to their needs, and providing detailed information about our offerings to encourage repeat engagement. This role requires a full-time, on-site commitment and offers a nominal monthly stipend.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate professional and engaging sales conversations with potential students over the phone.
- Ask insightful and relevant questions to maintain student interest and foster ongoing dialogue.
- Actively listen to understand students’ needs and preferences, tailoring conversations to drive repeat sales.
- Collect and document detailed information about students, including their interests and feedback on services.
- Stay well-informed about all current and new educational services offered by the organization and effectively communicate these updates to students.
- Respond promptly and accurately to student inquiries regarding available services.
- Consistently achieve and maintain assigned sales quotas to support organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation related to sales activities and student interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager to support team objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to work full-time from the office location in Bahawalpur.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport over the phone.
- Excellent listening skills to accurately understand and address student needs.
- Competence in maintaining accurate records and handling documentation efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset, demonstrating persistence and resilience.
- Commitment to adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
