Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and managing all HR, administrative, and operational activities to ensure seamless and efficient workflows. This includes overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records is essential, along with improving internal communication channels to enhance clarity and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture that supports employee growth, development, and productivity.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of proven leadership experience in HR, Administration, or Operations roles. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively with a results-driven approach are crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with team members and candidates professionally. Hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment processes, and administrative duties is essential. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 65,000 per month, complemented by attractive performance-based incentives designed to reward your contributions. Work shifts are flexible, with options for both part-time and full-time schedules to accommodate different needs:
- Part-Time: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
- Full-Time: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
