Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic female HR Interns to join our team near Gajjumata. This full-time internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals new to human resources to gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will play a supportive role in various HR activities, including assisting with the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews. You will help facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will participate in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, gaining insight into organizational compliance and best practices. Providing general administrative support to the HR team will be essential to ensure efficient department operations.

Required Qualifications
