Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients who require accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services. The successful candidate will proactively reach out to prospects, qualify leads, and work closely with the sales team to support business growth. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in lead generation or sales, preferably within financial services or BPO sectors, and possess a foundational understanding of U.S. market-related financial services.
Key Responsibilities
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify potential clients who may benefit from our accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services. This includes initiating outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media channels to generate new leads. The specialist will evaluate and qualify these leads by gathering relevant information to assess their needs and compatibility with our service offerings.
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database is essential, ensuring all lead and prospect information is properly recorded. The role requires close collaboration with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies that convert leads into clients. Additionally, the specialist will monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine lead generation tactics.
Regular reporting is a key part of this position, with daily and weekly reports detailing lead generation activities, outcomes, and progress metrics to keep management informed.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, ideally within financial services or BPO environments. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze information effectively and stay organized. Proficiency in CRM software is a must to manage lead data efficiently.
A basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services relevant to the U.S. market is required to better engage with potential clients and understand their needs.
