Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated IT Recruiter to join our team full-time at our Model Town office. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, ensuring we attract and hire top IT talent to support our department’s objectives. This role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while fostering strong relationships with applicants and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the IT Recruiter will help enhance the company’s reputation as a preferred employer within the technology community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and post detailed, accurate technical job descriptions designed to attract qualified candidates. Utilize various social media platforms and professional networks to proactively source potential applicants. Carefully analyze IT resumes by identifying specialized skills and qualifications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates’ technical abilities and cultural fit. Perform interviews using structured formats, including technical assessments and behavioral questions, to thoroughly evaluate applicants. Work closely with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with departmental goals.
Craft personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates and promote current job openings. Represent the company at technology conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and build the employer brand. Prepare and issue formal job offer letters to selected candidates.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Promote the organization as an excellent workplace through various recruitment initiatives. Conduct job and task analyses to accurately document job duties and requirements. Stay informed about emerging technology trends and products to better understand the evolving IT skills landscape.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in IT recruitment or a similar technical hiring role is essential. Strong skills in writing clear, compelling job descriptions are required. Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing candidates via social media and online platforms is necessary.
Experience in screening resumes and conducting effective pre-screening interviews is expected. Familiarity with structured interviewing techniques, technical assessments, and behavioral interviewing is important. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with technical team leaders and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical. A solid understanding of current technology trends and IT job market demands is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience attending and networking at technology conferences and meetups is highly desirable. Ability to create personalized outreach communications to engage passive candidates will be an advantage. Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee integration is preferred.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Model Town. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month. The role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and professional growth.
