Job Summary
Alestra Solutions is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Intern Logo Designer to join our team at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This paid internship spans three months and offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logo design, working closely with senior designers in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The internship may lead to a full-time position based on performance. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess six months to one year of experience in graphic or logo design, including freelance or academic projects.

Key Responsibilities
As an Intern Logo Designer, you will be responsible for developing a minimum of four unique logo concepts for each assigned project. Timely delivery of high-quality design work is essential. You will explore and apply various logo styles such as minimalist, mascot, and abstract designs, enhancing your versatility. Active participation in training sessions and skill development workshops will be expected to foster continuous growth. Collaboration with senior designers is crucial to receive constructive feedback and improve your craft. You will contribute ideas during creative brainstorming sessions and must be adaptable to revision requests and client feedback. Staying current with the latest design tools and industry trends is also a key part of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Experience ranging from six months to one year in graphic or logo design is required, which can include freelance or academic work. A strong passion for logo design and visual branding is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or comparable design software is mandatory. The ability to conceptualize original and innovative designs from scratch is critical. Full-time availability throughout the three-month internship is required, with no leaves permitted during this period. Candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
