Tracking Executive- Night Shift

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tracking Executive to join our team at the Karachi Toll Plaza. This full-time, night-shift role requires in-person attendance and focuses on monitoring fleet vehicles daily to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate reporting, coordinating with vendors and drivers, and analyzing data to enhance fleet performance. Ideal candidates will have experience in fleet management or a related monitoring role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Tracking and Reporting: Monitor all fleet vehicles on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Prepare and share reports with customers to maintain transparency and support operational efficiency.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure that every vehicle, including those not reporting, is properly tracked and recorded in the system. This coordination is critical to maintaining comprehensive fleet visibility.
- Driver Management: Follow up with drivers regarding any speed violations or transit delays. Ensure vehicles are available and on schedule at both origin and destination points, helping to minimize disruptions and improve service reliability.
- Data Analysis and Monitoring: Review in-transit vehicle data and replay logs to monitor operational hours, identify delays, and analyze trends. Use these insights to recommend improvements that enhance overall fleet performance and reduce inefficiencies.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a graduate degree is required.
- At least one year of experience in tracking, fleet management, or a related monitoring role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with vendors and drivers.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in fleet management software or similar tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in fleet operations and their impact on business profitability.

Location and Work Schedule
This position is based at the Karachi Toll Plaza and requires the candidate to work on-site during night shifts. The role demands physical presence to ensure real-time monitoring and coordination.
