Key Responsibilities

Inventory management is a critical part of the role. The manager will coordinate with suppliers, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure timely availability of all necessary supplies. Monitoring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards is essential to comply with both regulatory requirements and company policies.

Training and motivating team members is another key responsibility. The manager will foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and high performance. Additionally, the role involves driving sales growth, controlling operational costs, and working diligently to meet profitability targets.

Required Qualifications
