Job Summary
Q-Real Estate, a division of Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join its sales operations team based in Lake City, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000 per month. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales support, data analytics, or sales performance tracking. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales data to support team performance and strategic decision-making. This includes generating comprehensive sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for senior management to review. Maintaining real-time dashboards and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial to track ongoing sales activities effectively.
Collaboration with the sales team is essential to improve lead tracking and follow-up processes, ensuring no opportunity is missed. The role also involves identifying sales trends and assisting in forecasting future sales performance to help the company stay ahead in the competitive market. Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, data analysis, or a similar role is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization tools is essential to perform the job effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical, as is the ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to various audiences.
