Job Summary
Skyloft Technologies is seeking a talented and imaginative Illustrator / Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team during the day shift. This role involves creating captivating social media content, designing book covers, and producing illustrations for business profiles and various digital assets. The ideal candidate will possess expert skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. This position offers the chance to contribute to a wide range of creative projects while working closely with a motivated and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging and shareable social media posts that align with brand guidelines and current trends, targeting platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to maximize audience engagement.
- Develop compelling magazine covers tailored to specific briefs, genres, and target demographics, ensuring strong market appeal and visual impact.
- Create high-quality illustrations for magazines, including full-page artwork, character designs, and chapter illustrations that enhance storytelling and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to interpret client visions into innovative design solutions, offering original ideas throughout the project lifecycle.
- Incorporate feedback effectively, revising designs to maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines within the day shift, ensuring timely delivery of all assignments.
- Prepare design files for print or digital publication, verifying correct formats, dimensions, and resolutions are maintained for optimal output.

Required Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in creating original artwork, character designs, and detailed illustrations.
- Strong familiarity with social media design, including content optimized for various platforms.
- Excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail and composition.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, original ideas for diverse design projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, especially in remote work scenarios.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines during day shift hours.
- A robust portfolio showcasing previous work related to social media posts, magazine covers, and illustrations is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in the book publishing industry, particularly in designing magazine covers and illustrations, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation for social media content is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional design tools such as Adobe InDesign or Adobe After Effects is advantageous.

Skyloft Technologies offers competitive compensation based on experience, a creative and supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and skill development. Flexibility for remote work may be available depending on circumstances.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a contract duration of 24 months. The monthly salary ranges from Rs5,000 to Rs25,000. Candidates are encouraged to submit a portfolio demonstrating relevant design and illustration work when applying.
