Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Apply strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and best practices to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Oversee payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations to verify financial data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports to support business decision-making and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- ACCA Finalist or Qualified, or holding an MBA, BSc, or MSc in Finance & Accounting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with XERO accounting software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated business acumen and a commitment to achieving financial excellence.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Based in Lahore or willing to relocate before starting employment.
- Office located at Fairways Commercial, Defence Raya, DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Full-time employment with a competitive salary range of Rs100,000 to Rs150,000 per month.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% as required by the role.
- Proficiency in English is preferred to facilitate clear communication.
