Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee scheduling and communication for our security team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating security officer shifts, managing attendance issues, and maintaining effective communication channels with both employees and clients. This position demands strong computer proficiency, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule security officers to cover all open shifts, ensuring seamless security operations at all times.
- Monitor attendance by contacting employees regarding late arrivals and absences, maintaining accurate and up-to-date attendance records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating via email about any changes in resources, late arrivals, or incidents occurring on-site.
- Accurately upload and maintain employee data using designated software systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received by phone and email from both clients and staff members, providing timely resolutions.
- Continuously monitor open shifts to guarantee they are assigned and managed efficiently without gaps.
- Prepare, update, and complete various administrative tasks as required to support smooth operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the front office team to streamline processes and enhance overall coordination within the security department.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, with strong hands-on experience using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working in a security control room environment is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000.
