Job Summary
DOSbnb is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our outbound sales team. This role focuses on managing targeted outreach campaigns, engaging qualified prospects through Zoom meetings, and driving new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in outbound B2B sales, with hands-on experience in cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. You will initially manage one sales outreach specialist, with the potential to expand the team as the company scales. This position requires working the night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. The role is based at our office on Samsani Road, Johar Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing multi-channel sales outreach campaigns, including cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn messaging. Conducting Zoom meetings to present DOSbnb’s value proposition and closing deals with qualified prospects is a critical part of this role. You will develop and continuously improve outreach scripts, sequences, and KPIs to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
Managing and coaching a growing sales outreach team, starting with one specialist, will be essential. You will track pipeline performance and maintain accurate records using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams is key to ensuring messaging aligns with our service offerings and target audience. Additionally, you will provide weekly reports on outreach outcomes, pipeline status, and closing metrics to senior leadership. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor strategies will help maintain DOSbnb’s competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or managing SDR/BDR teams. A proven track record of closing deals via Zoom or other remote meeting platforms is essential. Experience in managing or mentoring sales representatives or outreach specialists is required.
Strong expertise in cold outreach techniques across email, phone, and LinkedIn is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Instantly.ai is expected. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has excellent time management skills, and can consistently meet KPIs in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in SaaS, property technology, or service-based B2B industries will be considered an advantage. Prior experience in building or scaling outbound sales teams is a plus. Familiarity with the short-term rental or Airbnb ecosystem is beneficial but not mandatory.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs180,000 to Rs220,000, with annual increments and performance bonuses.
