Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market. This role plays a vital part in driving sales growth and expanding our client base by identifying new opportunities and successfully closing deals. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets is a primary responsibility. The Sales Executive will proactively identify potential clients and generate leads to create new sales opportunities. Conducting property viewings and delivering compelling presentations to prospective buyers will be essential to showcase available listings. Negotiating terms and closing deals with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction is critical. Staying updated on local real estate market trends and industry developments will enable informed decision-making and strategic planning. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders is necessary to foster repeat business and referrals. Additionally, the role involves preparing and managing all documentation and contracts related to property transactions. Collaboration with team members to meet overall sales goals is also expected.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have up to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role. A solid understanding of the real estate market, including property valuation, is required. The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team is important. A minimum of 2 years of relevant real estate experience is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must be willing and able to commute to Bahria Enclave, as the role requires on-site presence.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Islamabad. The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000. The expected start date for this role is June 23, 2025.
