Job Summary
Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Regional Sales Management team based in Quetta. This role plays a crucial part in supporting sales operations by ensuring timely reporting, accurate data analysis, efficient order processing, and effective management of payments and claims. The successful candidate will act as a vital communication link between the sales force, internal departments, distributors, and customers, facilitating smooth workflows and alignment with the company’s sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to collect and plan orders promptly while coordinating payments across all regions and distributors to meet company targets. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining up-to-date sales reports and analyses, including detailed sales history for relevant regions, zones, and distributors.

Monthly reconciliation of sales data against regional and zonal reports is essential to ensure data accuracy and integrity. The role requires close coordination with all regions and distributors to guarantee the timely submission and settlement of claims, along with the processing of clearance certificates, strictly following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Additionally, the candidate will manage the circulation of Trade Terms and Schemes (TTS) budgets and trade promotions to the sales team within stipulated timelines. They will compile TTS spending data, evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions, and report insights to support strategic decision-making.

Supporting the sales team with comprehensive sales analysis reporting is another key aspect, including handling Regional Sales Force (RSF) data, sales volume shares, and conducting bottom-up analysis as required by the business.

The role demands strict adherence to all company principles and policies, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct at all times. Furthermore, the candidate will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying Nestlé’s Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business discipline. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations is required, demonstrating a clear understanding of business dynamics and sales processes.

A comprehensive knowledge of all sales functions is essential, including Customer Care and Sales Distribution (CCSD), customer management, and field sales operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is mandatory to handle data analysis and reporting tasks effectively.
