Job Summary
Experts Communication is looking for a dedicated Design Business Development Executive to lead and drive our design sales team. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of proven experience in design sales, showcasing exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills. This role centers on client relationship management, business development, sales strategy formulation, and project oversight. The position requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and is based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. The salary offered ranges from PKR 100,000 to 200,000, depending on skills and experience, with a sales target set between $5,000 and $10,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies aimed at driving consistent revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Proactively conduct outbound calls to promote the company’s design services and expand the client base.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to maximize customer value and increase sales volume.
- Convert leads generated through platforms like Bark into successful sales, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.
- Address client requirements by offering customized design solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience in front-end sales, preferably within the web, design, or development industries.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles within the design and development sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills that drive business results.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
- Availability to work the designated night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Effective time management and leadership skills to manage both individual responsibilities and team dynamics.
