Job Summary
S-Square is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales & Marketing professional with solid experience in the IT services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This role demands full ownership of marketing operations within the CRM system, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion strategies. The candidate will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams focused on the Americas region, providing support through market research, business analysis, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
The role involves executing comprehensive email campaigns that cover the entire prospect lifecycle, with a strong focus on lead generation, qualification, and building a healthy sales pipeline. You will be tasked with increasing MQLs from inbound conversions and expanding the marketing funnel. A deep understanding of various business verticals and target markets is essential to implement marketing activities aligned with strategic plans and meet set targets.

You will plan and manage LinkedIn campaigns as a critical part of the lead nurturing process. Building and maintaining prospect databases will be done both manually and through secondary research using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and event data. Utilizing social media for prospect research and engagement is key, alongside applying social selling techniques and leveraging chatbots and other acquisition channels for lead generation.

Accurate documentation of all prospect interactions and updates within the CRM system is required to maintain data integrity. Regular monitoring, reporting, and optimization of marketing campaign performance will ensure continuous improvement. You will convert inbound prospects into qualified leads by nurturing them across multiple channels and apply strong SEO skills in blog writing and editing before publication.

Analyzing campaign metrics such as open rates and proactively engaging in cold calling to warm up and convert cold leads into qualified prospects are also critical components of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Inside Sales, Market Research, or related sales processes, preferably within B2B marketing targeting the U.S. market. An MBA in Marketing or an equivalent postgraduate degree is required.

Strong expertise in lead generation, market opportunity identification, and executing marketing activities—including email marketing, social selling on LinkedIn, and market research—is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with a solid understanding of technology sales and digital marketing principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software is expected. The ability to adapt flexibly to various marketing campaign responsibilities is important. Candidates must be willing to work overlapping or night shifts to support U.S. market hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Hands-on experience with leading Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot and Agile CRM is highly desirable. Experience managing marketing campaigns through automation platforms will be a significant advantage.

This full-time position is based in Hyderabad and falls under the APAC region. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can drive marketing initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth in a competitive IT services environment.
