This full-time position is based at Port Qasim, Karachi, within the shipping line sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing large-scale inventory operations and ensuring seamless warehouse management. Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager Inventory will lead and oversee extensive inventory operations within the warehouse. A key part of the role involves the effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately track and manage stock levels. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance during both internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse procedures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to streamline inventory control processes and enhance reporting accuracy. Additionally, the role requires continuous monitoring of stock levels and the implementation of strategies to optimize inventory accuracy and availability, thereby supporting overall operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum educational requirement. The role requires 2 to 3 years of proven experience in inventory or warehouse management, specifically within a large-scale warehousing environment. Candidates should possess strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), demonstrating the ability to manage and track inventory effectively. A critical aspect of the role is ensuring full compliance during audits, so experience in maintaining audit standards and procedures is essential.
