Finance Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team on the night shift. This role is vital in managing core financial operations, ensuring precise reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of handling diverse accounting tasks, and committed to supporting the organization’s financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing general ledger accounting, which includes preparing journal entries and performing reconciliations. Oversight of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management is essential to maintain smooth financial operations. The role also involves preparing and analyzing financial statements using QuickBooks and Excel, providing insights that support decision-making.

In addition, the candidate will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help guide financial planning. Maintaining proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records is critical to ensure audit readiness and compliance. The Finance Executive will prepare and file FBR returns and other tax filings, ensuring adherence to taxation laws.

Month-end closing activities and credit card reconciliations will be handled efficiently to maintain accurate financial records. The preparation of profit and loss statements for assigned companies and delivering monthly financial reports to management are also key duties of this position.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A minimum of two years’ experience in financial management and accounting is required to ensure familiarity with core financial processes. Strong expertise in taxation and compliance is essential to navigate regulatory requirements effectively.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is necessary for accurate financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to manage responsibilities independently and contribute to team success.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Additional Information
The position is based at Razi Road, Block 06, PECHS, Karachi. The shift timing is from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring commitment to the specified night shift hours.
