Job Summary
Ignite & Infinite is seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our design and development team based in Airport, Karachi. This full-time position operates from 6 PM to 3 AM and centers on utilizing the BARK platform to identify and engage potential clients interested in our cutting-edge design and development services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for technology, and a proven ability to close sales in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
The International Sales Executive will leverage the BARK platform to identify and approach prospective customers seeking design and development solutions. You will engage leads proactively and professionally, articulating the company’s value proposition clearly and effectively. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, requiring a deep understanding of each client’s unique business needs and offering tailored solutions accordingly.
You will conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our design and development services. Collaboration with the internal design and development teams is crucial to fully understand project requirements and provide clients with accurate, timely information. Maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified leads is a key part of the role, ensuring continuous opportunities for new projects.
Preparing and delivering persuasive sales proposals that align with client needs and company capabilities will be a regular task. You will negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, directly contributing to revenue growth. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments will help maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, you will provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the management team.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the design and development industry. Familiarity with the BARK platform and its lead generation and outreach functionalities is essential. A strong understanding of design and development services, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, are important.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in English is required. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or be willing to relocate to Malir Cantt, Karachi.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000. This role requires working in person at the Malir Cantt location. For suitable candidates, an employer-provided relocation package is available.
