Job Summary
We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team, playing a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This position centers on designing, building, and deploying advanced AI models, primarily within the Natural Language Processing (NLP) domain. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and fine-tuning sophisticated AI models, with a strong emphasis on NLP applications. This includes collecting, cleaning, and preparing diverse datasets to ensure optimal training and fine-tuning across multiple AI tasks. Evaluating and selecting the most appropriate foundational AI models tailored to specific business challenges will be a critical part of your role.

You will also recommend the necessary hardware specifications to support efficient AI model training and inference. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with backend development teams to integrate AI models seamlessly through robust APIs. Innovation is encouraged by combining multiple AI models to tackle complex problems and deliver impactful solutions. Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enhance model performance and integration is considered a strong advantage.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. You must have between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a significant focus on NLP. Proven expertise in creating, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models effectively is essential.

Strong skills in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for machine learning workflows are required. You should demonstrate the ability to select and optimize base models for specific use cases. Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers is mandatory.

An understanding of hardware requirements and considerations for AI model training and inference is important. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary, especially when working alongside backend development teams. The ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and having four years of experience in AI/ML roles will be advantageous. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs160,000 to Rs200,000.
