Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Fairways Logistics is looking for motivated and sales-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our night shift team at our DHA Phase 6 office in Lahore. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and resolving issues while actively seeking and converting sales opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to deliver customized logistics solutions to customers primarily in the US and Canadian markets. This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and contributes directly to the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Understanding each customer’s unique logistics needs is essential, as you will recommend appropriate services tailored to their requirements. During client interactions, you will identify potential sales leads and work to convert these opportunities into successful sales, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system is critical to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Resolving customer concerns calmly and effectively is a key part of the role, requiring excellent problem-solving skills. You will also collaborate closely with internal departments to guarantee smooth operations and timely service. Staying informed about the latest company offerings and industry trends will enable you to provide knowledgeable and relevant support to clients, enhancing their overall experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the logistics or BPO sectors. A strong command of English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with international clients. Excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and problem-solving aptitude are necessary to succeed in this role. Additionally, candidates must be willing and able to work full-time night shifts from our DHA Phase 6 office.
