Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented B2B Sales Executive with at least one year of experience in international digital sales to join our dynamic Ad Tech company. This role centers on establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with digital publishers, helping them optimize their advertising revenue through innovative, data-driven solutions. Unlike traditional digital marketing agency approaches, our focus is on leveraging advanced platform capabilities and partner integrations to maximize yield and performance by effectively managing digital ad inventory. The ideal candidate is intelligent, quick to learn, and highly motivated to grow within the Ad Tech sector, playing a key role in driving publisher success.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure B2B sales opportunities within the digital publishing and media industries.
- Deliver compelling presentations of our ad revenue optimization solutions via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform, services, and ad inventory management processes to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage growth and ensure high retention rates.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain seamless deal flow and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets while staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of experience in international B2B digital sales, preferably within the Ad Tech or digital publishing space.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical ad tech concepts clearly and confidently.
- Fast learner with the capacity to grasp complex technical solutions and articulate their benefits to clients.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-A, Karachi. The role operates on an afternoon shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is positioned at a mid-senior level within the organization. We offer a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs 100,000, along with a recurring commission structure paid in USD, providing strong earning potential for high performers. Candidates must be willing to work in person and demonstrate a strong commitment to the role and company growth.
