Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle Developer with over five years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, including coding, testing, and maintaining database objects such as packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. Experience within the garment industry is highly desirable, as is a solid understanding of workflow, supply chain, and manufacturing processes. This role demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient solutions. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Oracle Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Oracle database objects using PL/SQL. This includes creating and managing packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to support business needs. Additionally, the role involves designing and optimizing Oracle Forms and Reports to align with organizational requirements.

Performance tuning is a critical aspect of this position to ensure smooth and efficient database operations. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance workflow, supply chain, and manufacturing processes, ensuring that database solutions effectively meet operational demands.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle applications and database performance will be a regular part of the role. The candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting application enhancements and driving process efficiencies.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of professional experience as an Oracle Developer, with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming and database object management. Proven experience in designing and maintaining Oracle Forms and Reports is essential.

Familiarity with workflow management, supply chain, and manufacturing process integration is required to effectively support the business environment. Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities are critical for collaborating with various teams and delivering effective solutions.

The ability to work effectively in an in-person, collaborative setting is necessary, as this is an on-site role requiring close interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
