IT Support Officer

Job Summary
Fine Packages (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer with at least two years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering efficient technical support within a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our factory near Gate #1, Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000.

Key Responsibilities
The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of all hardware, software, and network systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers, printers, and other IT equipment promptly to minimize downtime.

You will also be expected to maintain and update IT documentation, such as system configurations and user manuals, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Assisting with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure forms a critical part of the role.

Collaboration with other departments is essential to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve overall productivity. Regular monitoring of system performance and conducting preventive maintenance will help avoid potential disruptions.

Supporting end-users by addressing their technical queries and providing necessary training to enhance their IT skills is also a key responsibility. Your proactive approach will contribute to a more efficient and technology-savvy workplace.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in IT support or a closely related field. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline is mandatory.
