Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary
PlanLab Solutions, based in Johar Town, Lahore, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of graphic design fundamentals and practical experience using design tools, especially Figma. This full-time, on-site role requires working closely with the creative team to develop visually compelling designs that adhere to brand guidelines and support various marketing initiatives. The working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the creative team to produce designs that are visually appealing and consistent with the company’s brand identity. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics and promotional materials. The role involves assisting in the development of design concepts, wireframes, and mockups primarily using Figma, along with other design software as needed.

You will contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to create design solutions that align with business goals and resonate with the target audience. Staying current with industry trends and best practices is essential to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet project requirements.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design. Proficiency in key design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles is required to demonstrate your capabilities. A solid understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout, is necessary to succeed in this role. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also important, as you will be collaborating with multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
