Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Leather Fashion Garments Production Manager to lead and oversee the entire production process from cutting to packing within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing leather garment manufacturing, ensuring superior quality, timely delivery, and smooth operational flow. This full-time role offers a competitive starting salary of Rs 200,000 per month and requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate multiple teams and stages of production.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for managing the complete production cycle of leather fashion garments. This includes overseeing cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing operations to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. You will supervise and coordinate production staff, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.

Developing and implementing detailed production schedules will be a critical part of your role, optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency. You will monitor raw material usage and inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs effectively.
