Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance

Job Summary
Logon Broadband Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced female Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance to join its team in Karachi, Clifton. This full-time position requires a finance professional with over three years of relevant experience, preferably within the ISP industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy, managing daily financial operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning:
You will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that support the company’s overall objectives. This includes leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts. Providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management will be a critical part of your role.

Financial Management & Compliance:
Overseeing day-to-day financial activities such as accounting, reporting, and cash flow management is essential. You will ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Managing both internal and external audits to maintain transparency and accuracy also falls under your purview.

Reporting & Analysis:
Preparing and presenting accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports will be a key responsibility. You will monitor project costing, profit and loss statements, and key performance indicators. Additionally, you will implement and optimize financial reporting tools to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making.

Risk Management & Control:
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks will be vital. You will establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets effectively.

Leadership & Team Development:
Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance and accounts team to achieve high performance is expected. You will collaborate closely with other departments to support and drive overall business goals.

Treasury & Funds Management:
Managing treasury functions such as fund allocation, investment planning, and liquidity management will be part of your duties. You will also supervise vendor payments to ensure timely disbursement.

Payroll & General Accounting:
You will oversee payroll processing and employee benefits disbursement while ensuring compliance with salary regulations. Maintaining accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations is also required.

Required Qualifications
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications like ACCA, CA, or equivalent are preferred.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in project costing, audit processes, and profit and loss reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
