Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Planning and Business Optimization Lead. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative strategies designed to enhance organizational productivity and drive sustainable business growth. Reporting directly to the Unit Head, this role involves close collaboration with the regional team to organize, plan, and implement strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will lead special projects, ensuring timely tracking, coordination, and visibility of key business metrics. Acting as a vital liaison among designated teams, they will identify critical deliverables and foster collaboration to optimize business processes and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving business efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to create sustainable synergies across various business functions, enhancing collaboration and driving performance improvements.
- Explore and recommend new business areas, deploying targeted strategic initiatives to support growth objectives.
- Work closely with senior management to advise on strategies and business plans related to sales, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional priorities.
- Maintain and update process documentation, including work instructions and tools, to support consistent and effective execution of initiatives.
- Design and build analytics platforms that empower cross-functional teams to allocate resources optimally, track progress, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cultivate strong relationships and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders across functions to facilitate continuous improvements in business delivery quality.
- Develop workflow templates to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular gap analyses of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), drafting and implementing updated policies as necessary.
- Perform data-driven analytics to evaluate the impact of initiatives, prioritizing projects based on measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to assess and refine business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and coordinate quality and efficiency improvement projects, promoting the adoption of best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, especially in roles focused on strategic planning, leading high-impact initiatives, and driving organizational growth.
