Chat Support Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident female chat support representative to join our ecommerce store team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ecommerce customer service and strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively. This role primarily involves assisting customers with household and kitchen essentials, including one-dollar items, through live chat. Additionally, candidates with a fair complexion are preferred, as occasional collaboration with our content management team may be required, which is considered an added advantage. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Nazimabad No 1.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous chat support to customers, addressing questions and concerns related to household and kitchen products.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience.
- Work closely with the content management team when needed to support various tasks beyond customer service.
- Maintain a helpful and respectful attitude in all interactions with customers and team members.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in ecommerce customer support or a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage customer queries effectively.
- Ability to work onsite at our office located in Nazimabad No 1.
- Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday off.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person role with a monthly salary range of Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 25,000. Candidates are requested to attend interviews punctually and bring their CV along with the original NIC.
