Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and optimize our production and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities to meet operational objectives while upholding stringent quality standards. This role demands strategic oversight to improve supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure timely product delivery. Close collaboration with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams is vital to maintain a seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods. Additionally, the candidate will identify and address any production or supply chain bottlenecks, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provide performance reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to achieve operational targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Coordinate effectively with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to guarantee the timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
- Oversee production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks within production and supply chain workflows to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout all production and supply chain activities.
- Prepare comprehensive production and supply chain performance reports and present them to senior management for informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is mandatory. An MBA is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in production and supply chain roles, ideally within the FMCG or herbal/natural products industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in using ERP systems and supply chain management software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage complex operations efficiently.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across multiple departments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hattar. Candidates must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate prior to joining. The application deadline is July 2, 2025.
