Job Summary
The Executive Sales/Product Proposition role is a vital frontline position within the B2B Product Team, primarily responsible for driving GSM and device sales directly at customer locations. This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 60% of the time spent engaging face-to-face with clients. The primary focus is to accelerate revenue growth, secure net additions, and promote solutions that capitalize on Group synergies. This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels in a dynamic, customer-centric environment and is comfortable managing a demanding travel schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels while actively generating new sales leads to expand the client base.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals related to GSM and device offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden revenue streams and enhance market presence.
- Plan, organize, and execute sales initiatives and promotional events to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Provide continuous management and support to existing clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leverage product knowledge and market insights to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and align with Group strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong customer service orientation coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid grasp of sales fundamentals, including cold calling, lead generation, and deal closure techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of GSM and device products and their applications.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Basic proficiency in data entry and analytical tasks to support sales reporting and tracking.
- Experience in managing revenue targets and profitability to ensure business objectives are met.

Compensation: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
