This role involves managing multiple brand accounts, developing impactful social media strategies, and producing engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that are informed by data and tailored to the unique requirements of each platform.
- Create a variety of content formats such as reels, carousels, and stories that align with and reinforce brand identity.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies to maintain relevance and maximize audience engagement.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
- Actively engage with online communities to encourage organic growth and build brand loyalty.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including engagement rates, reach, and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Support or oversee paid social media campaigns when necessary, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Business Suite and a deep understanding of best practices for Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent skills in creative writing, visual communication, and storytelling to craft compelling social media content.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- A portfolio or samples of previous social media projects that demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
