Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Immigration Law and Client Services Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and stay informed about daily changes and emerging trends in the travel and immigration industry, adjusting tasks and strategies accordingly.
- Manage communications and follow-ups with international vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with B2B partners to support and drive business growth.
- Deliver outstanding client service by responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries.
- Support sales and business development efforts through proactive client relationship management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to the expansion of sales and client base.
- Perform general office administrative duties, including email correspondence, internet research, and other related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an LLB Law program (minimum 4th semester) or a recent graduate from a non-IT discipline with a strong interest in immigration law.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze immigration laws and regulations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and email management.
- Must be physically present at the office located on Tariq Road, Karachi, as this is an in-person role.
