Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Designer with at least three years of professional experience to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining both existing and new websites, while also crafting compelling designs for various marketing channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a strong user-centric approach to deliver engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our websites. Ensuring that these platforms are not only visually attractive but also functional and user-friendly is paramount. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to create impactful designs for digital marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media content, and advertisements.
Conducting user research and usability testing will be part of your duties to gain valuable insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors. These insights will inform continuous design improvements. You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
Optimizing website designs for responsiveness, performance, and cross-platform compatibility is critical to this role. Staying updated on the latest UI/UX trends, web technologies, and marketing design strategies will help ensure our designs remain cutting-edge. You will work closely with developers to guarantee that designs are implemented accurately and align with project goals.
Maintaining a consistent visual design language across all web and marketing materials is also a key responsibility, ensuring brand cohesion and recognition.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a closely related role. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or their equivalents is essential.
A strong understanding of responsive web design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards is required. Experience in designing for marketing channels—including email templates, social media graphics, and digital advertisements—is also necessary.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is advantageous, enabling better collaboration with development teams. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are critical for effective engagement across departments.
A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects alongside marketing design work is required to demonstrate your expertise and creative capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with SEO principles and an understanding of how design impacts search engine optimization will be considered a plus. Experience with A/B testing and analyzing design performance to optimize user engagement is also desirable.
While not mandatory, a bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisal Town, Lahore. The working hours are from 7 PM to 4 AM. The salary range for this role is Rs150,000 to Rs180,000 per month.
