Key Responsibilities

For Manager:
The Banquet Hall Manager will lead and oversee all banquet hall operations and event activities. This includes coordinating closely with clients and vendors to ensure every event meets or exceeds expectations. The manager is responsible for supervising staff, managing work schedules, and monitoring performance to uphold the highest standards of service. Maintaining cleanliness, quality service, and overall customer satisfaction throughout events is essential. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with sales, décor, and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution from start to finish.

For Supervisor:
The Supervisor will support the manager by assisting with daily operational tasks and overseeing event supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring event setups, staff productivity, and service quality to guarantee smooth operations. The supervisor will also maintain inventory levels and ensure the cleanliness of event spaces. Promptly and professionally addressing any on-site issues is a critical part of this role to maintain a positive event experience.

Required Qualifications

For Manager:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality or banquet/event management.

For Supervisor:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory or operational role.

For Both Positions:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure.
- A customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
