- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly & annually, books of account closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.
- Coordinate the Company's annual and half-year audit with the external auditors.
- Implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure compliance with IAS’s.
- Look after Joint Venture related matters.
- Consolidation of Related Parties Transactions and reconciliation.
- Preparation and submission of various financial information’s as required by Regulatory Authorities and management.
