We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for high-rise tower projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Plumbing, HVAC, Coordination, along with in-depth knowledge of local regulations and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mechanical systems (Plumbing, HVAC, and FF) for high-rise tower projects.
- Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations, including DEWA, DCD, and DM.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of UAE/GCC experience in high-rise tower projects.
- Strong expertise in Plumbing, HVAC, and Coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of local authorities and regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
