Adventure Touristik is a specialist tour company offering immersive travel experiences in Northern Pakistan (e.g., Hunza, Skardu, Ghizar, Fairy Meadows), with a focus on high-quality logistics, cultural immersion and sustainable tourism. Our interns will engage with real-world tour operations, marketing, customer service, and experience design.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with tour planning and logistics: route research, accommodation & transport coordination, supplier liaison.
Support customer communications: enquiries, emails, booking follow-ups, pre-trip checks.
Help with content creation for outreach: blog posts, social media updates, photo/video material from trips.
Monitor & improve guest experience: gather feedback, help prepare post-trip reviews, suggest improvements.
Field support (when needed): accompany trips, assist local guides, help with on-site coordination and guest support.
Administrative tasks: updating databases, maintaining tour schedules, supporting payments/invoicing where applicable.
Contribute to sustainable tourism initiatives: research on eco-friendly practices, community engagement in tour regions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Communications or related).
Strong interest in adventure travel, especially in Pakistan’s mountainous / remote regions.
Good written & spoken English; knowledge of Urdu and/or regional Pakistani languages is a plus.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
Comfortable with travel, remote field-work and flexible working hours.
Ideally: experience (even informal) in travel/tourism, blogging, social media or photography.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, problem-solver, team-player.
