Responsible for testing of petroleum products receipts, storage tanks & external samples & reporting, Preparation of Daily test reports & summaries, third party testing on request, timely calibration of labs items & equipment, sample retention & waste disposal, management of lab inventory & raise demand, housekeeping & Health, safety & Environment (HSE) of laboratory, attend customer’s quality related complaints & queries, internal & external audits
- Test the quality of petroleum products for all receipts, storage tanks, and external samples using ASTM test methods in compliance with GOP specifications.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and raise timely demands for required materials and equipment.
- Ensure timely calibration of all laboratory instruments and confirm that only equipment with valid certifications is used.
- Coordinate with HDIP for proper sampling of petroleum products where QA setups are available and inform the In-charge QA accordingly.
- Attend customer sites to address and resolve quality-related complaints.
- Maintain and update ISO documentation related to Ground and Mobile Laboratories.
- Ensure timely closure of observations raised by Internal Auditors, Management, GoP, or OGRA officials related to Quality Assurance activities.
