- Assisting the Senior Executive in day-to-day operational matters to ensure smooth execution of orders for HSD, Furnace Oil, PMG, and Lubricants.
- Reviewing and following up with finance to update pricing as required.
- Responding to customer inquiries under the supervision of the Incharge, coordinating with logistics for freight charge confirmation for new clients.
- Handling customer transactions and complaints by involving internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to product quantity and quality.
- Visiting existing and new customers for business development purposes.
- Collaborating with new customers to facilitate account openings.
- Preparing and sending price quotations to relevant industrial customers.
- Compiling and sending daily sales reports.
- Receiving payment instruments against customer orders and notifying the finance and logistics departments for load execution.
- Informing all concerned departments about customer demand/orders and coordinating with finance, logistics, and operations at various supply points to ensure timely supply execution.
- Coordinating with customers to update them on delivery status and schedules.
- Reconciling accounts with customers by sending details to the finance team along with credit recoveries for credit customers.
- Timely receipt of product shortage claims (Debit Notes) from customers and coordinating with the Accounts Payable team in Finance for processing these claims.
- Sending refund claims of customers to the Head Office and following up for the issuance of refund cheques.
- Filing and maintaining documentation records.
