• Supervise all maintenance activities within APL’s Bulk Oil Terminal to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
  • Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance of equipment, including generators, metering systems (control valves & micro loads), gantry lights, pole lights, boundary lights, transformers, MCC panels, Scully systems, farthing systems, and pump motors.
  • Conduct corrective maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment in a planned manner to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Prepare PTWs, method statements, and JSAs for maintenance jobs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and equipment checklists for all terminal equipment.
  • Conduct walkabout observations and report on terminal maintenance activities.
  • Arrange materials for maintenance activities and prepare manual DOs and MRNs with eSuit.
  • Commission, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, and systems.
  • Formulate electrical designs, including as-built drawings (single-line diagrams, electrical equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.), prepare RFQs, and supervise the execution/commissioning of new and ongoing projects.
  • Introduce new technologies and upgrade current electrical systems.
  • Ensure all jobs are executed in accordance with safety standards and requirements.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the terminal maintenance in-charge.
