Dosti is seeking a dedicated Content Writer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong ability to create clear, compelling, and engaging content. This role involves producing various forms of written material tailored to meet the company's objectives and audience needs. As a Content Writer at Dosti, you will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility and supporting marketing efforts through high-quality content creation. Additionally, you will manage a team of 8 content creators, providing guidance and ensuring that all content aligns with company standards and goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit content for multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all content is well-structured, clear, and adheres to the company's style and voice guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that supports campaigns and drives engagement.
- Manage and lead a team of 8 content writers, providing direction, feedback, and support to improve overall content quality and productivity.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in all content.
- Proofread and revise content to maintain high standards for grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Stay up-to-date with content trends and best practices to continually optimize content performance.
- Coordinate content schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all writing projects.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to enhance content strategy and execution.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for the content team to foster skill growth and team cohesion.
