Junior Officer Operations

PrintKraft is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Officer Operations to join our production team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering from HEC/PEC recognized institutes. The Junior Officer Operations will play a crucial role in overseeing production activities, coordinating material availability, and supporting the overall efficiency of the printing and packaging processes. The position demands strong organizational skills, an understanding of production operations, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and optimal resource utilization. The Junior Officer Operations is responsible for managing operational tasks such as tracking move orders in Oracle ERP to guarantee timely raw material delivery, initiating purchase requisitions, and maintaining comprehensive records of machine productivity and wastage. This role involves close coordination with finance, production, and inventory management teams to ensure compliance and enhance product quality. Candidates should possess a keen eye for detail and be capable of troubleshooting basic machine issues to reduce downtime, thereby contributing to continuous production improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee move orders in Oracle ERP system to ensure timely availability of raw materials and coordinate with supply chain logistics for accurate inventory updates.
Initiate and follow up on purchase requisitions with relevant departments to ensure that procurement processes proceed smoothly and without delay.
Maintain and update records related to machine productivity, production performance metrics, and wastage analyses to facilitate data-driven decision making.
Manage the job card closing process, ensuring all production activities are documented and coordinated with the Finance department for accurate cost tracking and quality control.
Coordinate with production teams to troubleshoot machine issues and minimize operational downtime, ensuring continuous and efficient production flow.
Support documentation and compliance activities related to printing and packaging processes, product specifications, and material usage standards.
Assist in waste management by monitoring and reporting on material wastage, proposing measures to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall production operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
