The PHP Application Development Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role is responsible for coordinating the design, development, and maintenance of PHP-based web applications. The coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, oversee implementation, and ensure that applications are secure, high-performing, and scalable. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and guiding PHP code development, managing database and third-party system integrations, collaborating on front-end styling to maintain UI consistency, and supporting deployment processes. Additionally, the coordinator monitors application performance, troubleshoots issues, documents technical procedures, and contributes to the continuous improvement of development standards and workflows. Effective communication with stakeholders to manage priorities, timelines, and quality expectations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of PHP-based web applications.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Review and guide PHP code development to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Experience integrating APIs, third-party services, and internal systems within web applications.
- Understanding of software architecture principles, version control systems (such as Git), and secure coding practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to coordinate development activities, manage technical documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
