Recently, Joblogic secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global technology investor specializing in enterprise software. This investment, exceeding £100 million, will accelerate Joblogic’s AI-first roadmap, expand its platform into Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), and support its growth across Europe and beyond. Serving over 100,000 users in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and facilities management, Joblogic is at the forefront of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and performant mobile applications using Flutter.
- Translate and migrate existing mobile app functionality into Flutter, ensuring consistent user experience across iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, handling token-based authentication, error handling, and retry logic.
- Implement secure local storage solutions, encryption, certificate pinning, and secure session management to protect sensitive data.
- Build offline-first functionality with reliable background synchronization using local storage technologies such as SQLite and Hive.
- Optimize app performance by managing large data volumes through pagination, lazy loading, caching, and efficient list rendering.
- Utilize state management techniques (Provider, Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, GetX) to create scalable and maintainable applications.
- Write and maintain widget, unit, and integration tests, and use debugging and profiling tools to identify performance and memory issues.
- Work with third-party SDKs, native platform channels, and plugins to bridge Flutter with native iOS and Android features.
- Employ AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity while maintaining code quality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Slack, contributing innovative ideas aligned with current technology trends.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of widget lifecycle and reactive architecture.
- Experience in porting existing mobile applications to Flutter while preserving business logic and user experience.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application security best practices, including encryption and secure authentication.
- Skilled in consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs with secure data exchange both in transit and at rest.
- Hands-on experience with local storage and offline-first mobile app development.
- Familiarity with state management solutions and testing methodologies in Flutter.
- Ability to work with native platform integrations and third-party SDKs.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted coding tools for development efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and timely issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps, Fastlane, or Codemagic.
- Understanding of push notifications, deep linking, and background processing in Flutter.
- Basic knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Experience with Azure DevOps repositories and workflows.

Additional Information
